Sasane Education Society has started an English Medium School since 17th June 1985 for the convenience of the students living in the vicinity of Hadapsar. For a long time, people from Hadapsar, Manjari, Vadki, were experiencing a difficulty in sending their children to far away schools to educate them through an English medium school. The Children had to face lot of hardships; while attending the school in Pune, because of the crowd and inconvenience in travelling.

  •  Sasane Education Society established New English School at Hadapsar in 1985.
  • Initially the school was running in an old dilapidated Wada with classes 1st to 4th with a total strength of 80 students and 2 teachers.
  • Later on in 1991 a 3 storeyed building with 18 class-rooms was constructed.  There were about 1200 students, 40 teaching and non teaching staff by then.
  • By 2010  the  strength increased to 1500 students with 70 staff members (teaching and non teaching staff) and started functioning in the present 4 storeyed building .
  • A second building with 4 floors and 12 class rooms has been constructed at the same premises. Pre-primary and Primary Sections conduct their classes in this building from this academic year.
  • The school has well equipped Science Laboratories, Computer Laboratory, Bifocal Computer science lab, Library, spacious ground and transport facilities.
  • To add a feather in the cap, we have started Arts, Commerce and Science Junior College (English Medium) from  academic year 2013-2014. All this has been  possible due to the able guidance of the Management, co-operation from the Parents,  dedicated  Staff and Students.
  • To upgrade the students level in this Techno-savvy world we have introduced vocational course that is Bifocal Computer Science for the students of standard XI current year (2014-15).
